
Emilia’s fifth restaurant was underway in 2025. As with previous projects, I assisted the team on resolving the technical details of the bar, kitchen, back of house areas and the mezzanine extension. The interior concept / customer facing designs were prepared by A-nrd (as with Baker Street site). A new challenge for us on this scheme was the dumb waiter, (pictured left), which needed to be designed around the existing floor structure.
The dumb waiter is marked up with a purple cross to the right, adjacent to existing stair and next to the new open kitchen.
The restaurant is irreplaceably provided with warm terracotta colours, vibrancy of an open bar and kitchen and a creamy walnut mushroom portion on the table -(my favourite). Alla Salute 🍷
