My two lectures, one on Community lead hotel project in Africa (3 October) and one on integrating waste-processing infrastructure into cities (10 October) were well received. First lecture was attended by over 90 students who (with one exception) gave positive feedback in the surveys. Second lecture was a smaller event but constituted more of a cross-disciplinary discussion afterwards as it was attended by representatives from waste industry and students from environmental degrees.
Following a recognition of certain learning outcomes from the two lectures, I repeated the first one for Master level evening students on 10 October and, as a simplified version, to prospective applicants for architecture degree at a schools event in Cumbayá on 11 October. All talks were given in Spanish.
