Emilia’s Crafted Pasta, Aldgate

Between 2017 and 2018 I worked as an in-house fitout designer for Emilia’s second restaurant. Together with the interior designer Jonathan Howard we developed the concept, prepared the construction details and oversaw the project to completion. A small selection of images from the project, including a sketch for Emilia’s signature pasta drying display cabinet.
