In order to help myself thinking about the upcoming implementation essay I did a presentation at my old office, specifically concerning the different roles involved in the implementation of a construction project in Nigeria. A number of my ex-colleagues were involved in projects in West Africa and were able to advise me in the Q&A session after the presentation.
