Today I visit another staff training facility, this time owned by the Women Board NGO. Unlike the Lagoon Institute, Wavecrest offers all four year of education (excluding a placement year after first 2 years) with full programme bringing school graduates to management staff roles.

With students in one of the dining rooms. Although the plot and all buildings are owned by the NGO, the re are multiple parties involved in the life of college. There are separate kitchens and dining halls for students, their guests, staff and a family living on the plot. All cooking, cleaning and event management is done by students.

A number of products like cabbage for the kitchen is grown on the on-site farms. Nigeria is a tropical paradise blessed with sun and weather!
