As part of my exchange at the Tecnical University in Munich in 2013-2014, I undertook two courses with Dr. Christos Georgoulas. One course focused on coding using language C++, whereas the other one taught us to manipulate an Arduino board (pictured). Different extensions can be connected to the board allowing one to build a robot that moves when a light or a sound sensor is activated. The course explained how building sites and pre-fabrication technologies are in an increasing need of robotised processes.
Using the principles we learnt in the Arduino course, Xavier Duveau and myself undertook a study for a simple display showing a particular number.
